About Me

My name is Pawel (artist nickname Touek). I'm a Music Producer from Poland, based in Berlin Germany.

My passion to Holistic Health and Breathwork inspired me to express my creativity in the form of a Youtube channel "Breathwork Beats by Touek" where throughout a period of 3 years I've created over 100 music journeys for different kinds of breathwork practices like Wim Hof, Panayama, Coherent Breathing, Box Breathing and many other transformative breathing modalities and exercises.
